Casey Sadler Children: Meet Kaysen and Kinley

An American professional baseball pitcher by the name of Casey Scott Sadler now serves as a pitcher for the Seattle Mariners of the MLB. His birthday is July 13th, 1990.

When he began his professional baseball career with the Pittsburgh Pirates, he played for the Tampa Bay Rays, the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago Cubs.

After graduating from Ripley High School in Ripley, Oklahoma, Sadler continued his education for an additional two years at Western Oklahoma State College.

During the 2010 Major League Baseball draft, Sadler was selected by Pittsburgh in the 25th round. Low-A State College Spikes was the team he played for during his first professional debut.

Sadler was added to the Pittsburgh Pirates’ 40-man roster at the end of the 2013 season. In 2014, he was promoted to the Indianapolis Indians at the Triple-A level and made his major league debut on April 12th, 2015.

Sadler missed the entire 2016 season as a result of Tommy John’s surgery. The Tampa Bay Rays and Sadler reached an agreement on a minor league deal on December 6, 2018.

On July 3, 2019, the Rays and Dodgers agreed to a deal to trade Sadler to the Dodgers in exchange for Nathan Witt.
