Casey Toohill’s Parents: Who Are Casey Toohill Parents?

The Philadelphia Eagles selected Casey Toohill with the 233rd overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. On October 13, 2020, the Eagles released him.

The day after being released by the Eagles, Toohill was claimed off waivers by the Washington Football Team.

Toohill’s first career sack of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes came in Week 6 of the 2021 campaign. In Week 11’s game against the Carolina Panthers, he started in place of Chase Young because the team had placed Young on injured reserve.

He was included on the COVID-19 reserve list on December 11, 2021. He had to sit out the Dallas Cowboys game in Week 14 before getting reactivated a week later.

Prior to his senior career, Toohill, a three-star prospect, chose Stanford over football offers from other schools like Boston College, Nevada, Utah, Washington, and Washington State. Toohill was a fifth-year senior at Stanford who started each of his 12 games.

After compiling 11.5 tackles for loss, 8 sacks, and 60 stops, he was named second-team All-Pac-12. He recorded 124 tackles (21.5 for loss), 14 sacks, and an interception throughout the course of his career. Toohill completed the 40-yard sprint in 4.62 seconds at the 2020 NFL Combine.

Casey Joseph Toohill is an American football defensive end for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Stanford and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
