Cedrick Wilson Jr. participates in the National Football League as a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins. Wilson attended Memphis, Tennessee’s White Station High School. He played quarterback for the neighborhood football team. He enrolled in Coffeyville Community College after graduating from high school.

He amassed 629 yards and 10 touchdowns in his rookie season, garnering All-Conference recognition. He received Junior College All-American recognition for his sophomore season, which included 66 receptions, 1,045 receiving yards (the second-highest total in school history), and 17 touchdowns (fourth in the country).

2016 saw him make a transfer to Boise State University. He participated in 12 games as a junior, five of which he started. In the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft, Wilson was selected by the Dallas Cowboys. He played in 16 games in 2020, recording 17 receptions for 189 yards, two touchdowns while receiving, two throws for 23 yards, and one touchdown pass. He finished the third week with five receptions, 107 receiving yards, and two touchdowns.

In a single game for the first time in his professional career, he had at least 100 receiving yards. A three-year, $22.8 million contract was agreed to between Wilson and the Miami Dolphins on March 17, 2022.
