Chandler Wooten is a linebacker for the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons. He is a professional football player. He is 1.91 m tall and 105 kg in weight. He attended North Cobb High School, where he played high school football. As a senior in 2016, he had 124 tackles and 15 tackles for loss, was named Class 7A All-State, and received regional Defensive Player of the Year honors.
He made a college football commitment to Auburn University after graduating from high school. He participated in collegiate football at Auburn for the Auburn Tigers. He competed in eight games as a reserve linebacker as a true freshman in 2017. As a sophomore LB backup, he played in nine games. During his 13 games of participation in 2019, he had 27 tackles, including 4.5 tackles for loss. As a senior in 2021, he took part in 13 games while also serving as the team’s captain.
Throughout his four years at the university, he played in 43 games and recorded 140 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, five passes defended, and a recovered fumble. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of Liberal Arts, and he’s currently working on his master’s at the College of Education. Wooten and the Arizona Diamondbacks reached an agreement on a free agent deal in April 2022.
