He debated going into the 2020 NFL Draft after the 2019 season, but ultimately decided to stay for his redshirt junior season. After ending his redshirt junior season with 44 receptions for 591 yards and a team-high seven touchdown grabs, he was awarded first-team All-Big 12 for the second consecutive year. In the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, he was chosen by the Baltimore Ravens.
