Chase Edmonds is a running back for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He participated in both basketball and football for the Panthers at Central Dauphin East High School. After graduating from high school, he played football for the Fordham Rams while attending Fordham University. He played for Fordham as a player from 2014 to 2017.

He ran for 1838 yards and 23 touchdowns on 294 attempts, averaging 6.3 yards in his first 14 games. Aside from that, he also had 19 receptions for 121 yards and a touchdown. The Arizona Cardinals selected Edmonds 134th overall in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He signed his rookie contract on May 11, 2018.
