Christopher Flexen Jr. is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball. On July 1, 1994, he was born in Newark, California.

His past teams in Major League Baseball (MLB) include the New York Mets and the Doosan Bears of the KBO League.

In addition to playing for the GCL Mets, he has also played for the Savannah Sand Gnats and the Brooklyn Cyclones. Before being signed to the Mets’ 40-man roster in 2017,

he pitched for the St. Lucie Mets and the Binghamton Rumble Ponies in 2016. On July 27, 2017, he made his debut in the Major League Baseball season against the San Diego Padres.

He faced his first hitter in the Major Leagues and promptly allowed a home run to be hit by that batter. In August, he had knee surgery, and as a result,

his 2018 season was cut short. After being designated for assignment in December 2019, he was sent to the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO),

where he pitched to a 3.01 earned-run average with 10.2 strikeouts per nine innings in 2020. The Seattle Mariners paid him $4.75 million over the course of two years when he signed a deal with them in January of 2020.
