Chris Glaser was an offensive line player at Solon High School. In addition to helping Solon earn the top seed in Division I, Region 1, and racking up 4,132 yards of total offense over the course of 12 games, he was named to the first team of the All-Greater Cleveland Conference.

In those games, Solon was breaking in first-year starters at running back and quarterback. Chris Glaser participated in the first-ever Polynesian Bowl, which was held at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu on January 21, 2017.

He went to the same high school as former University of Virginia linebacker Steve Greer, who was named to the first team All-ACC. Chris Glaser was a three-star recruit according to,,, and Glaser was born in Honolulu, and he attended the University of Hawaii.

Glaser started at offensive guard in each of the 12 games he played. He started the final 22 games of his career, giving him a total of 44 career starts, which was the second highest for the University of Virginia squad in 2021.
