Chris Stratton

Christopher Lee Stratton is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball.

Christopher Lee Stratton was born on August 22, 1990. Both the San Francisco Giants and the Los Angeles Angels had him on their rosters at one point in his career.

Stratton received his high school diploma from Tupelo High School in 2010 and then went on to study at Mississippi State University until 2012.

In 2011, he was a member of the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League, where he played college baseball during the summer.

After finishing his senior year with an 11–2 record, a 2.38 earned run average, and 127 strikeouts, he was selected as a consensus All-American.

In addition to that, he won the SEC Pitcher of the Year award.  Additionally, he was awarded the C Spire Ferriss Trophy as the best collegiate baseball player in the state of Mississippi.

Lee and Janet Stratton are Chris’ parents. When he was signed by the San Francisco Giants, his parents took a flight to St. Louis to witness their son play in Major League Baseball for the first time.

Despite the fact that Chris has not disclosed specific details about his parents to the general world, we are aware that his parents have a deep affection for him.
