Chuma Edoga participates in professional football as an offensive tackle for the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons. He is 1.91 m tall and 140 kg in weight. He played football at John McEachern High School, where as a junior in 2013, he was named to the first team all-state.

He was named to the All-State Class AAAAAA first team, Prep Star All-American Dream Team, Parade All-American first team, and Max Preps All-American first teams in 2014. He attended the University of Southern California after high school and played collegiate football there for the USC Trojans team from 2015 to 2018. At USC, he majored in political science. During his college career, he participated in 34 games, making 16 starts.

Edoga was taken by the New York Jets with the 92nd overall pick in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He started eight games at both tackle positions before sustaining a knee injury in Week 12 of the 2019 campaign. He was added to the injured reserve list on December 17, 2019. He started the 2021 season as a reserve offensive tackle. He was put on injured reserve in November 2021. He became active on December 18 of that same year.
