Colt McCoy is a quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. McCoy played college football at Texas for the Texas Longhorns, where he was recognized with a number of accolades and awards as a senior in the year 2009.
McCoy is currently second all-time, behind only Kellen Moore of Boise State University, in the number of games won by a quarterback in NCAA Division I FBS competition.
In the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns selected him to join their team. McCoy has also played for the San Francisco 49ers, the Washington Redskins, and the New York Giants, mostly in the role of backup quarterback for each of those teams.
