Connor Overton, full name Connor Danford Overton happens to be known for being a professional baseball player. He currently plays for the Cincinnati Reds baseball team of Major League Baseball. He is 1.83 m and weighs 86 kg.
He played high school baseball at Atlee High School. After high school, he enrolled at Old Dominion University where he played college baseball for the Old Dominion Monarchs baseball team. He began playing baseball as a profession in 2014 after he was selected by the Miami Marlins in the 15th round of the 2014 MLB draft.
He signed with the Marlins and made his professional debut that year with the Low-A Batavia Muckdogs. In August 2016, the San Francisco Giants signed a minor league contract with him. He was assigned to spend the 2018 minor league season playing for San Jose, the Double-A Richmond Flying Squirrels and the Triple-A Sacramento River Cats.
Connor signed with the Lancaster Barnstormers of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball in August 2019. He was elected free agency that season and signed a minor league contract in February 2020 with the Toronto Blue Jays.
He spent the season with the Double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats of the minor league in the Blue Jays organisation. He signed a minor league contract with the Cincinnati Reds in November 2021.
