Football player Daelin Hayes represents the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL. He protects the Ravens’ outside for them. He is 1.93 m tall and weighs 115 kg. After his second year at St. Mary’s Preparatory, Daelin made the decision to change schools and relocate to California, where he enrolled in St. Bonaventure High School.
A full year and a half of football there preceded his return to Michigan and enrollment in Detroit’s Cass Technical High School. He transferred to Skyline High School after his senior year got started. He was rated as a five-star recruit. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at the University of Notre Dame where he played football for the Fighting Irish.
He spent five seasons as a Fighting Irish player. After making his debut as a sophomore, by the time he was a junior, he had recorded 31 tackles, two sacks, and a forced fumble. After suffering a shoulder injury four games into his senior season, he used a medical redshirt.
He finished the year with 17 tackles, six tackles for loss, three sacks, an interception, and two forced fumbles in his fifth season back. He was chosen by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. In May 2021, he signed a contract with the Ravens.
