Football offensive guard Dalton Risner represents the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. He stands 1.96 m tall and weighs 142 kg. The Denver Post listed him among the top 25 players in the state for the 2012 and 2013 seasons after he graduated from Wiggins High School. He played football for Kansas State University’s Kansas State Wildcats from 2014 to 2018.



He redshirted in 2014, his actual freshman year. He started 13 games at center the next season, earning a spot on the Campus Insiders First Team Freshman All-America as well as the Second Teams of Athlon and Scout.

In the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos picked Risner with the 41st overall choice.

By the end of the season, he was one of just 10 rookies in the NFL to start every game. For the second consecutive year, he started each of the 16 games in 2020, giving up no sacks and committing no fouls. In 2021, he made 15 starts and accounted for the third-most offensive line snaps (832). He was put on injured reserve on January 5, 2022, missing the remainder of the season.
