Cornerback Damarri Deshon Mathis is currently playing for the National Football League’s Denver Broncos. He participated in collegiate football at Pittsburgh.
The town of Lakeland, Florida, is home to Lakeland Senior High School, where Mathis was raised. When he initially decided to play collegiate football for South Carolina, Mathis was a three-star prospect.
