DaRon Bland is well-known for playing cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He stands 1.83 m tall and weighs 91 kg. He attended Central Catholic High School, where he played high school football, and as a senior, was voted the league’s defensive player of the year. After completing high school, he attended at California State University, Sacramento, where he played college football for the Sacramento State Hornets.

He made 43 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one forced fumble, two interceptions, and eight passes broken up as a junior, earning him first-team All-Big Sky Conference honors. His senior football season in 2020 had to be canceled due to the COVID-19 epidemic. His senior year has been moved to the spring of 2021 because of the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States. He finally chose Fresno State as his new school. In his lone season, he participated in 13 games for the Fresno State Bulldogs and recorded 45 tackles, five passes defended, and two interceptions. Bland was chosen by the Dallas Cowboys in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He made his first career interception against Carson Wentz on October 2, 2022.
