Professional football player Darren Hall is a cornerback with the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons. He is 86 kilograms and 1.83 meters tall. He participated in football for the school’s football squad while a student at Rancho Cucamonga High School. He played college football for the San Diego State Aztecs squad at San Diego State University from 2017 to 2020 after graduating from high school.
He played for the University for three seasons after redshirting his true freshman year. He earned first-team All-Mountain West accolades as a junior in 2020 after compiling 38 total tackles, nine passes defended, a career-high three interceptions, one of which was recovered for a touchdown, and two tackles for loss in eight games. He had 12 appearances as a redshirt freshman, making three starts, totaling 45 tackles, two interceptions, two tackles for loss, one sack, three pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one quarterback hurry.
He took part in 12 games as a sophomore, starting 11 of them. In 34 games, he recorded 134 total tackles (101 solo), 31 passes defended, six interceptions, 7.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and three forced fumbles during his college career. In the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Hall was selected by the Atlanta Falcons as the 108th overall pick. On June 17, 2021, he agreed to a four-year rookie contract with the Atlanta Falcons.
