Darrius Allen Shepherd, a wide receiver for the St. Louis BattleHawks in American football, was born on November 1, 1995. Prior to being initially signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2020, he played collegiate football for North Dakota State.

On May 6, 2019, Shepherd received a rookie camp invitation, and the Green Bay Packers subsequently signed him. He entered the NFL on October 14, 2019, after receiving a 1-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers in Week 6’s victory over the Detroit Lions.

He was cut and re-signed to the practice squad on October 29. He and the Packers reached an agreement on a reserve/future deal on January 21, 2020.

On August 4, 2022, Shepherd and the Denver Broncos agreed to the terms of a contract. He was released on August 30, 2022, and the next day he was added to the practice squad. The 11th of October saw his release.

The mother of Darrius Shepherd is Amy Shepherd. The names of his sister and brother are Cheyenne Shepherd and Xavier Shepherd, respectively.

Both Shepherd’s grandpa and father were professional basketball players for the Los Angeles Lakers and Missouri State, respectively. Shepherd’s father, Louis, played collegiate football for Missouri.
