On Monday, the Baltimore Ravens made the addition of cornerback Daryl Worley official.

Worley, now 27, was selected by the Panthers in the third round in 2016. In the 2018 offseason, the Panthers sent him to the Eagles in exchange for wide receiver Torrey Smith. However, he was released shortly thereafter.

In April of 2018, the Raiders signed Worley to a contract, and in the offseason of that same year, as a restricted free agent, they re-signed him to a one-year, $3.095 million deal.

Worley was an unrestricted free agent who signed with the Cowboys the last summer but was cut in 2019.

Before being assigned to the Raiders’ active roster for the 2020 season, Worley first joined the Bills’ practice squad shortly after. He had a contract with the Cardinals for the 2021 season, but he was released after the team’s preseason.

Worley was added to the Lions’ practice squad in September, but he was released later in the season. After that, he spent some time on the Ravens’ practice squad.

Worley played in four games that year, three for the Lions and one for Baltimore. He had seven tackles.
