David Quessenberry Parents: Meet Maureen Quessenberry and David Quessenberry Sr.

David Quessenberry

David Lee Quessenberry Jr., an offensive lineman for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League, is also known as David Quessenberry in the professional world. He was born in the American city of La Jolla, California. While a student at La Costa Canyon High School in Carlsbad, California, he participated in football and lacrosse. He was the La Costa Canyon team’s tight end.

After high school, he was approached by a San Jose State assistant coach who was trying to sign one of his teammates but had not received any college offers. He later joined the San Jose State University Spartans football team in 2008 and redshirted that season to gain weight from his starting weight of 235 pounds. In the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft, the Houston Texans selected him.

In September 2018, he was added to the Tennessee Titans’ practice squad. He and the Titans agreed to terms on a reserve/future contract on December 31, 2018. On September 5, 2020, the Titans released him, and the next day he was signed to the practice squad. He was included on the active roster on October 13 and October 24, respectively, in time for the team’s games in weeks five and seven against the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers. He was reinstated to the practice squad after each game. He was included in the Titans’ active roster on October 27, 2020. In April 2022, he agreed to a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills.
