Davon Montel Godchaux, an American football defensive tackle with the New England Patriots of the National Football League, was born on November 11, 1994. (NFL).
From 2014 through 2016, he played collegiate football for LSU. He played with the Miami Dolphins from 2017 to 2020 after being selected by them in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
Godchaux, a Louisiana native, went to Plaquemine Senior High School and was an All-State defensive lineman. In his junior year of 2012, he recorded 60 tackles, 22 tackles for a loss, and 4.5 sacks, earning him first-team All-State recognition for Class 4A.
The Miami Dolphins selected Godchaux in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, 178th overall. On August 5, 2020[10], the team placed Godchaux on the reserve/COVID-19 list, then two days later he was activated. The injury reserve was activated on October 16, 2020.
