With the 92nd overall pick in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens selected Duvernay. In Week 1’s matchup with the Cleveland Browns, he made his NFL debut and caught a pass for 12 yards that helped his team win 38-6.
He recorded a 93-yard kickoff return for his first career touchdown in Week 3’s 20-34 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Duvernay scored his second receiving touchdown on a one-handed, five-yard catch in Week 9’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. In overtime, the Ravens prevailed 34-31.
