Keion Crossen is an American football cornerback for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL).
He was drafted in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. He played college football at Western Carolina.
Crossen was a standout on the football field during his time in Cullowhee. He also contributed his talents to the Western Carolina track & field teams, where he won the Southern Conference championship in the men’s 100-meter dash at the 2016 outdoor championships.
His time of 10.33 seconds set a school record and qualified him for the NCAA East Preliminary. Crossen was a student-athlete in both football and track & field during his time in Cullowhee.
Crossen was a two-year starter in the defensive secondary for the Catamounts in the sport of football. Over the course of his four-year career, he participated in 46 games and accumulated 165 total tackles, including 106 solo stops and five tackles for loss.
At the end of his career, he had three interceptions and a total of 19 pass breakups, including seven in each of his junior and senior seasons.
