Shortstop Didi Gregorius (Mariekson Julius “Didi”) of the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball is a Dutch professional baseball player (MLB).

Gregorius was born in Amsterdam to a professional baseball player. Gregorius began playing tee-ball and youth baseball when his family relocated to Curaçao when he was five.
