Domingo Acevedo is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Oakland Athletics of Major League Baseball (MLB). Listed at 6 feet 7 inches (2.01 m) and 240 pounds (110 kg), he throws and bats right-handed.
Before the start of the 2013 season, the New York Yankees made a deal to acquire Domingo Acevedo. He got off to a sluggish start but finished the year with a combined record of 3-0 and a 1.81 ERA for the Staten Island Yankees and the Charleston RiverDogs in 12 games.
