Dylan File is an American professional baseball pitcher who now plays for the Milwaukee Brewers organization. He was born on June 4, 1996.

In the 21st round of the 2017 Major League Baseball Draft, the Milwaukee Brewers selected Jacob File to join their organization.

He played collegiate baseball with the Dixie State Dragons, where he had a record of 8–2 with a 3.58 ERA over the course of 15 games and struck out 75 batters over the course of 93 innings.

During that previous summer, he was a member of the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and played in the Northwoods League. As a sophomore, he started 14 games and had a record of 6–1 with an earned run average of 2.99.

As a junior, he was named co-Pitcher of the Year and won the award. After splitting the 2018 campaign between the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and the Biloxi Shuckers, Dylan File was honoured with an All-Star nod in both of those years.

Files made a total of 26 stars for both organizations, with a record of 15–6 with a 3.24 earned run average and 136 strikeouts over the course of 147 innings pitched.

In 2017, he made his debut in the professional ranks with the Helena Brewers, and the following year, he was promoted to the Milwaukee Brewers.
