He played collegiate football for the Army Black Knights squad at the United States Military Academy. Following the 2020 NFL Draft, Riley signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent on April 26, 2020. The Eagles cut him at final roster cuts on September 3, 2020, then three days later they re-signed him to the practice squad.
