Emilio Pagán, full name Emilio Enrique Pagán is an American-born professional baseball player who plays as a pitcher for the Minnesota Twins baseball team. He has a height of 1.88 m and weighs 94 kg. He was born on May 7, 1991, in Simpsonville, South Carolina in the USA. He played baseball in high school at J. L. Mann High School in Greenville, South Carolina.

After high school, he played college baseball at Belmont Abbey College. When he graduated, he was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 10th round of the 2013 MLB draft. Emilio began playing baseball as a professional that year with the Pulaski Mariners. During the  2014 minor league season, he was assigned to play for the Clinton Lumber Kings and in 2015, he played for the Bakersfield Blaze.

He played for both the Jackson Generals and Tacoma Rainers in the 2016 minor league season. The Mariners selected his contract and promoted him to the major leagues on May 2 2017 and he made his MLB debut on May 3, 2017, for the team when they played against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He was traded in November 2017 to the Oakland Athletics.

The Athletics traded him in December 2018 to the Tampa Bay Rays. In February 2020, the San Diego Padres purchased his contract from the Rays. The Minnesota Twins also purchased him from the San Diego Padres in April 2022.
