Evan McKee White (born April 26, 1996) is a Major League Baseball first baseman who currently plays for the Seattle Mariners (MLB).

He was a member of the Kentucky Wildcats baseball team in college. White went to Lincoln High School in Gahanna, Ohio, and then continued his education at the University of Kentucky, where he was a member of the baseball team for the Wildcats throughout his collegiate years.

White made every start he was eligible for as a freshman, playing in all 52 games and hitting.318/.369/.410 with two home runs and 28 RBI (RBI).

In 2016, White was a sophomore and started all 54 games. He had a batting line of.376/.419./.535 with five home runs and 40 RBI. After the season was over, he participated in a collegiate national team competition for the United States.

The Seattle Mariners picked White with the 17th overall pick in the 2017 Major League Baseball draft. At the end of his first season, he hit.277 with three home runs and 12 RBIs in 14 games for the Everett AquaSox before being promoted to the Seattle Mariners’ big league club.

In 2018, White played with the Modesto Nuts and the Tacoma Rainiers, batting a combined .300/.371/.453 with 11 home runs and 66 RBIs in 124 games. Over 92 games, he hit.293/.350/.488 with 18 home runs and 55 RBIs for the Arkansas Travelers in 2019.

This year’s All-Star Futures Game recognized White as an All-Star. It was announced on November 25, 2019, that White has agreed to a six-year deal with the Mariners, which includes three club options.
