Ezekiel Elliott plays running back professionally for the Dallas Cowboys in the National Football League. He is 103 kg in weight and 1.83 m tall. While attending John Burroughs School, he played football as a running back for the John Burroughs Bombers team.
As a junior in 2012, he rushed for 1,802 yards and 34 touchdowns and caught 23 passes for 401 yards and six more, winning him the St. Louis Post-offensive Dispatch’s player of the year award. Following high school, he enrolled at Ohio State University and played NCAA football for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
As a true freshman in 2013, he ran for 262 yards and two touchdowns on 30 attempts. He won several honors throughout his tenure at Ohio State. In the 2015 Sugar Bowl and the 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship Game for the 2014 season, he was chosen as the Offensive MVP.
He was named the 2015 Graham-George Offensive Player of the Year, the 2015 Ameche-Dayne Running Back of the Year, and was selected to the Unanimous First Team All-Big Ten after a successful regular season in which he amassed 1,672 yards and 19 touchdowns. Elliott was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
