Ferrod Gardner joined the Washington Commanders as an undrafted free agent in 2022. The Linebacker has since exuded excellence and tenacity in the competitive sport.
Garner started his football career at an early age. By age seven, he already knew the basics of the game.
He attended Trotwood-Madison High School. As a senior, he produced a total of 103 tackles, including 22 tackles for loss, five sacks, and eight passes that were broken up.
He helped the Rams get to a 12–2 record and get to the semifinals of the OHSAA Division III playoffs.
