Garrett Wilson Parents: Meet Candace Wilson and Kenny Wilson

Garrett Wilson plays American football for the New York Jets of the National Football League as a wide receiver. He weighs 87 kg and is 1.83 meters tall. He participated in football when a student at Lake Travis High School. He and Charlie Brewer split the 2016 6A state championship.

He went on to break a number of Lake Travis wide receiver marks throughout the course of the contest, including the most career receptions (204), yards (3,359), and touchdowns (204). (55). He took part in the 2019 All-American Bowl. He vowed to enroll at Ohio State University in order to play collegiate football there.

He participated in all one of his 14 games while a true freshman at Ohio State in 2019, recording 30 receptions for 432 yards and five touchdowns. In 2020, he was converted from an outside receiver to a slot receiver. In November 2020, he became only the second Buckeye in history to have four straight games with at least 100 yards receiving.

In December 2021, he announced his intention to withdraw from the 2022 Rose Bowl and declare for the NFL Draft in 2022. The New York Jets selected Garrett in the 2022 NFL Draft. The Jets used the 2020 trade pick they had already obtained.
