George Karlaftis Children: Does George Karlaftis Have Any Kids?

George Karlaftis plays defensive end for the National Football League’s Kansas City Chiefs. He is 1.93 meters tall and weighs 119 kg. Attended West Lafayette Junior-Senior High School, where he played high school football. When he was there, he had 41 sacks. Additionally, he participated in the 2019 U.S. Army All-American Game, where he won Defensive Player of the Year.

He graduated from high school early and began attending Purdue in January 2019. While there, he was a Purdue Boilermaker football player. He took part in spring training and started all 12 of the games as a true freshman, finishing third on the team with 54 tackles and 7.5 sacks.

As a sophomore in 2020, he only participated in three games as a consequence of a favorable COVID-19 result, concluding the year with four tackles and two sacks. He was named Second-team All-Big Ten and Academic All-Big Ten. He concluded the campaign with three tackles, including two solo stops and a sack versus Iowa on October 24.

On October 31st, he was sacked once more by Illinois. Following the 2021 season, in which he registered 4.5 sacks, he declared for the 2022 NFL Draft. The 30th overall pick in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft went to the Kansas City Chiefs, who selected Karlaftis.
