For the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League, Greg Dortch plays wide receiver in American football. He is 1.70 m tall and 79 kg in weight. He played football while he was a student at Highland Springs High School. He made a commitment to Wake Forest University in order to play collegiate football with the Demon Deacons.

In eight games he participated in as a redshirt freshman in 2017, he recorded 53 receptions for 722 yards and nine touchdowns. He has 89 receptions for 1,078 yards and eight touchdowns in 2018 while wearing a redshirt as a sophomore. As a return specialist, he was awarded an All-American after scoring twice on punt returns

Dortch signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent after the 2019 NFL Draft was over. He was added to the active roster of the Carolina Panthers in October 2019 after being signed off the Jets practice squad. He was added to the Los Angeles Rams practice squad in December 2019. He was added to the Atlanta Falcons’ practice squad on December 28, 2020. Upon his release on June 17, 2021.
