For the National Football League’s New York Giants, defensive end Henry Mondeaux plays in the pros. He is 127 kg and 1.93 m tall. He went to Jesuit High School and played NCAA football for the University of Oregon’s Oregon Ducks. Mondeaux spent four years playing at Oregon before being signed as an undrafted free agent by the New Orleans Saints in May 2018.

He was released in September, then in December he was signed to the practice squad, where he remained for the remainder of the season. He signed a reserve/future contract with the Kansas City Chiefs in January 2019. He signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers in May 2019 following a tryout, however on August 31 he was released.

He rejoined the practice squad after being released by the Steelers on September 3, 2021. Due to Tyson Alualu’s injury, he was added to the active roster on September 20, 2021. His name appeared on the list of participants on October 23.

On August 30, 2022, the Steelers cut him go. Mondeaux joined the practice squad of the New York Giants in September 2022. For the weeks three and four games against the Chicago Bears and the Dallas Cowboys, he was promoted from the practice squad.
