How did Taiwan Jones get his name?

Taiwan Asti Eric Jones,  Buffalo Bills running back and kickoff return specialist Eric Jones. Taiwan Asti, Eric Jones was born on July 26, 1988, and he has a complete name.

The Oakland Raiders drafted him in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. In college, he was a member of the Eastern Washington University football team.

As a two-way starter on the football squad for his school’s football team, Jones set a new single-season record with 19 points. Additionally, when sprinting with the ball, he notched 13 touchdowns.

He also has three receiving touchdowns and two punt return touchdowns to his credit. He averaged 9.3 yards per carry on the ground.

As a result of his efforts, the Wolverines went 10-0 throughout the regular season and won their first league title. In the preliminary stages of the 2007 CIF State Track and Field Championships, he ran the fastest times of his career in both the 100 and 200 meters.

The Buffalo Bills re-signed Jones on March 30, 2020. At halftime of Buffalo’s AFC Championship Game against the Kansas City Chiefs,

A punt return fumble by wide receiver Mecole Hardman was recovered by Jones. The final score was 38-24 in favour of the visitors. Jones re-signed with the Buffalo Bills on March 29, 2021, to a new deal.

A year later, on April 4, 2022, Jones signed a one-year extension with the Bills that would keep him with the team through 2023.
