Bryan Lavastida was promoted to the Columbus Clippers in September. Over 84 games for both teams, he hit.289/.380/.456 with nine home runs, 51 runs batted in, and 16 stolen bases.

On November 19, 2021, he was added to the 40-man roster of the Cleveland Guardians, the team’s new name. He was added to the Opening Day roster, the Guardians revealed on April 2, 2022.

Lavastida made his professional debut with the Indians of the Arizona League, batting.292 in 33 games. He participated in 59 games for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers and the Lake County Captains in 2019, going.335/.410/.481 with two home runs and 38 runs batted in.

He did not play because the 2020 season was postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, he was promoted to the Akron RubberDucks after starting the season with Lake County.

American catcher Bryan Lavastida is currently a member of the Cleveland Guardians of Major League Baseball. On November 27, 1998, he was born in Hialeah, Florida, in the United States. At the time of publication, Lavastida was 23 years old.

Lavastida gained his high school education at Westland Hialeah Senior High School and played college baseball at Hillsborough Community College. He was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the fifteenth round of the 2018 Major League Baseball draft.
