How Good Is Jordan Williams?

While playing outside linebacker for the National Football League, Jordan Williams is a free agent. He is 1.93 meters tall and 125 kilograms in weight. He spent three years at P. K. Yonge Developmental Research School before transferring to play his senior football season at Gainesville High School in Gainesville.

He played defensive end, tight end, and long snapper during his senior season in 2010 in addition to other positions. He was selected for the Gainesville Sun’s Class 5A-AA First-team and Super 11 team that same year. From 2011 through 2014, he was a Tennessee Volunteers football player at the University of Tennessee.

Following his undrafted status in the 2015 NFL Draft, Williams signed with the New York Jets in May of that year. On October 6, 2015, the Miami Dolphins added him to the practice squad. On December 6 versus the Baltimore Ravens, he made his NFL debut and sole appearance of the year. His addition to the New York Giants’ practice squad occurred in December 2016.

On January 9th, 2017, he committed to a reserve/future deal with the Giants. On November 1, he was elevated to the roster of regulars. The Tennessee Titans acquired him in August 2019. On August 12, 2019, he was injured and put on injured reserve after being waived. On July 28, 2020, his contract was terminated.
