Milwaukee Brewers centre fielder Lorenzo Lamar Cain is an American professional baseball player. He was formerly a member of the Kansas City Royals baseball team.

Four Wilson Defensive Player of the Year Awards and three Fielding Bible Awards have been bestowed upon him in recognition of his extraordinary skills on the defensive side of the ball.

After Hernán Iribarren was recalled by the Milwaukee Brewers, he was called up to the Triple-A Nashville Sounds to replace him.

Cain joined the Brewers when pitcher Doug Davis went on the DL on July 16, 2010. On December 18, 2010, he was dealt with by the Kansas City Royals for Zack Greinke and Yuniesky Betancourt.

On January 26, 2018, Cain re-signed with the Brewers for $80 million.
