Bradley Richard Hand who is sometimes called Brad Hand is a baseball professional pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball. Brad is an American baseballer born on March 20, 1990, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His previous encounters were with Miami Marlins, Washington Nationals, Toronto Blue Jays, and New York Mets.



Before becoming a professional, he was known to be a three-sport athlete at Chaska High School. When he completed his senior year period in high school he was offered a selection by the Florida Marlins in the second round of the 2008 Major League Baseball draft.

His interest in finding himself in the Major leagues grew to the point that he had to forego a college baseball pledge to Arizona State in the name of becoming a professional.

He was known to be successful in all his appearances with Washington, New York, and Toronto before signing up with Philadelphia in the year 2022.

Hand joined and became a part of the Philadelphia Phillies on March 16, 2022, when he signed a one-year contract deal worth an amount of $6 million.
