Davis  currently plays as a pitcher for the Colorado Rockies in baseball’s big leagues. He was born on April 22, 1997, in Newport Beach, California, United States.

While in high school Davis played baseball for the University of California. He was one of the baseball players in 2017, college Cape Cod Baseball League baseball program of the Cotuit Kettleers.

The Cincinnati Reds drafted Davis in the eleventh round of the 2018 Major League Baseball draft. The Reds promoted Davis to High-A Dayton right away in 2021 to start the season.

After which he was transferred to the Billings Mustangs for the rest of the season, he made his professional debut in 2019 with the Arizona League Reds.

On July 28, 2021, the Reds transferred Mychal Givens to the Colorado Rockies in exchange for Davis and Case Williams. He was assigned to the Spokane Indians, where he played for the remainder of the season.

After the agreement, the right-hander threw more strikes than he had previously in the year. Additionally, he has an energetic delivery that adds duplicity.

The Rockies later promoted him to the major leagues, to play either as a reliever ace or a backup starter.
