the Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected him in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Autauga Academy was located in Prattville, Alabama, and Howard went there. Both Rivals.com and Scout.com ranked Howard as a five-star recruit and listed him as the best tight end in his class.
