Is Seahawks Stadium retractable?

The Seattle Seahawks are a professional American football team based in Seattle. The Seahawks compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league’s National Football Conference West, which they joined in 2002.

The team is head coached by  Pete Carroll. Seattle Seahawks entered the NFL as an expansion team in 1976.

According to reports, the team is headquartered at the  Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, Washington and play their home games at the  Lumen Field in Seattle’s SoDo neighbourhood since 2002.

The Seahawks stadium is not retractable as the lack of a retractable roof made it open to the elements, provided better views, and reduced the total cost of the project.
