Shane Robert Bieber is a Major League Baseball pitcher who currently pitches for the Cleveland Guardians. He was selected in the fourth round of the 2016 Major League Baseball draft by the Indians.



 

Bieber debuted in the Major League Baseball in 2018, was named an All-Star in 2019 and 2021, and won the American League Cy Young Award in 2020.

He played collegiate summer baseball for the Cowlitz Black Bears in the West Coast League in 2014. He played collegiate summer baseball for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in the Cape Cod Baseball League in 2015.

 

He went 12–4 with a 2.74 ERA in 18 starts as a junior in 2016. He was selected in the fourth round of the 2016 Major League Baseball draft by the Cleveland Indians.
