Is Stefon Diggs a running back?

American football wide receiver Stefon Marsean Diggs presently competes for the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills. In 1993, on November 29, Diggs was born.

The Minnesota Vikings chose him in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft after he played college football for Maryland. He has now joined the group.

Diggs played collegiate football for the Maryland Terrapins from 2012 to 2014 while attending the University of Maryland in College Park on a sports scholarship. Diggs was coached by Randy Edsall throughout his time there.



He was given a starting role in his first season with the Vikings and took part in the “Minneapolis Miracle” play that propelled the team into the NFL playoffs in 2018.

He was traded to the Buffalo Bills in 2020, where he set records for the most receptions and receiving yards among all NFL receivers with 127.

With five receiving touchdowns, he also had the most in the NFL. Diggs attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Montgomery County, Maryland, for his secondary schooling.

In 2010, when he was a junior, he finished the season with 810 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns, placing second for the Gatorade Maryland Player of the Year award.

He received an invitation to take part in the 2012 United States Army All-American Bowl. He participated in sprinting as part of the track and field events, and he was part of the 4 by 200-meter relay team that placed third with a time of 1:32.10 minutes.
