American football wide receiver Tre Nixon was born on January 26, 1998, and currently plays for the New England Patriots of the National Football League.

he hauled in 19 receptions for 260 yards and scored two scores. Finished third on the squad in average yards per game with 65, and ranked third overall.

The New England Patriots selected Nixon in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft, giving him the 242nd overall pick in the process.

The official signing took place on May 11, 2021, between Nixon and the Patriots. On August 31, 2021, he was released from active duty and re-signed to the practice squad. On January 17, 2022, he joined the Patriots on a reserve/future basis by signing a deal with the team.
