Jacob John Cronenworth is an American professional baseball infielder for the Major League Baseball San Diego Padres.

Cronenworth and Tommy Pham were sold to the San Diego Padres on December 6, 2019, in exchange for Hunter Renfroe, Xavier Edwards, and a player to be named later.

On July 26, 2020, Cronenworth made his MLB debut for the Padres against the Arizona Diamondbacks, recording a hit and an RBI.
