Jake Fromm Parents: Meet Lee Fromm and Emerson Fromm

American football quarterback William Jacob Fromm was born on July 30, 1998. He now competes for the National Football League’s Washington Commanders.

At the University of Georgia, he played collegiate football before being taken by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

He participated for the New York Giants in 2021, starting two games. On July 30th, 1998, in the Georgian city of Warner Robins, Fromm was born.



He was a high school athlete at Houston County High School, playing baseball and football. After completing his career with 12,745 passing yards, 116 touchdowns and an overall five-star rating,

he was rated as a five-star recruit on both Rivals.com and Scout.com. He had pledged to the University of Alabama in the past,

but then changed his mind and committed to the University of Georgia. Among the three quarterbacks profiled in the web series “QB1: Beyond the Lights” was Fromm.

For his performance in the SEC, Jake Fromm was named co-newcomer of the year by the Associated Press. In the Rose Bowl on January 1, 2018,

he led Georgia to a victory over Oklahoma by a score of 54-48 in double overtime, securing them a spot in the CFP championship game against Alabama.

With the help of Fromm, Georgia was able to finish the 2018 season with an 11-3 record despite losses to Texas in the Sugar Bowl and Alabama in the SEC Championship.

He completed 2,749 passes for 2,749 yards, 30 touchdowns and six interceptions during the contest.
