Jandel Francisco Gustave is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball. He was born on October 12, 1992. In 2010, he signed as an amateur free agent with the Houston Astros.

Gustave debuted in Major League Baseball in 2016 with the Houston Astros and has previously played for the San Francisco Giants.

Gustave signed as an amateur free agent with the Houston Astros on May 25, 2010, and received a $40,000 signing bonus. He played with the Gulf Coast League Astros in 2012 after spending his first two professional seasons with the Dominican Summer League Astros.

In 2013, he pitched for the Rookie-level Appalachian League’s Greeneville Astros, with a 2–3 win-loss record and a 2.68 earned run average (ERA).

Gustave signed a minor league contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates on September 5, 2020. Gustave will begin the 2021 season with the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians. Gustave had a 3.60 ERA with 18 strikeouts in 15 outings for Indianapolis.

Gustave was dealt to the Milwaukee Brewers on June 25, 2021, along with Troy Stokes Jr., for Samuel Escudero. Gustave was called up to the active roster on July 7.
