Jandel Francisco Gustave is a Major League Baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers of the Dominican Republic (MLB). In 2010, he signed as an amateur free agent with the Houston Astros.

Gustave signed a minor league contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates on September 5, 2020.  Gustave will begin the 2021 season with the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians.

Gustave had a 3.60 ERA with 18 strikeouts in 15 outings for Indianapolis. Gustave was dealt with by the Milwaukee Brewers on June 25, 2021,

along with Troy Stokes Jr., for Samuel Escudero. Gustave was added to the active roster on July 7.
